Whether you are an investor, investee, borrower or lender, buyer or seller, there is often a gap between one side and the other on terms for assets or money to change hands. Proposing terms and agreeing terms are two very different things – so in this webinar, we will explore the numerous ways that experience has taught us to bridge these gaps, including preparation, mechanisms, instruments and some highly interesting case studies.
