Timing. Is going international easier than it used to be, and is the current environment better or worse post pandemic and post Brexit?
Client pull vs product/service push? It’s easier to enter a new market if you have existing clients asking you to provide existing products/services in markets in which you currently don’t operate
Structure. Does internationalisation require an augmented legal structure to operate effectively or safely?
Funding. Is funding international operations different from onshore, and if so, how?
