Our primary interest is in the field of planning-gain and projects are funded by a panel of private capital investors and managed to exit by RPP and other stakeholders.

The business is run and operated by partners who have extensive experience from within the property industry as well as private equity and is supported by an advisory board of sector specific experts.

We are highly selective in identifying the opportunities and clients we work with to ensure the projects we support are robust, deliverable and forecast to be profitable. Once a project is fully vetted, we work with our network and debt providers to source the optimal funding combination to successfully deliver the opportunity.
