Working with our client, we got the business ready to be taken to investors, this included preparing the dataroom, creating investment materials and refining their investment pitch. We took the investment to our investor audience of institutions, family offices and HNWIs, and assisted with negotiation of terms and landing the investments.
Successfully assisted with raising an intial round of £750k from a small group of senior industrialists, including the introduced a new chariman and key advisor to the business. This was they followed by assisting with their second funding round where Ruffena was succesful in placing a portion of the £2.9m raised.
